Dockside offers a variety of residential lifestyle opportunities comprising 15 Premium Waterfront Homesites (all of which have been released and sold); 19 Harbourfront Homes (which are now being marketed); 39 Harbourview Homes and 24 Horizonview mid-rise apartments which will follow later.

The 15 Premium Waterfront Homesites are located on the northern side of the marina basin with commanding views over the Murray River, marina entrance channel and the marina basin. These homesites were sold within days of their release.

The Harbourfront and Harbourview Homes are located around a natural amphitheatre, that has a spectacular northern aspect, on the southern side of the marina basin.

The first Harbourfront Homes have been designed by one of Australia's foremost architectural practices which also has specialist expertise in marina-related residential developments - Gary Hunt Design.

The first precinct of luxurious two storey Harbourfront Homes, is located on the southern bank of the marina, near the Dockside Bridge.The three and four bedroom designs, with internal living areas ranging from 250 square metres to 280 square metres, draw maximum benefit from their waterfront location.

Floorplans, elevations, schedules of fixtures and fittings and purchasing contracts for the first Harbourfront Homes now are being released to people who have formally registered their interest in living at Dockside.

They will be followed by the Harbourview Homes which now are being designed.

The Horizonview apartments will be built in a mid-rise residential complex located on the southern side of the marina basin, to the east of the Dockside Bridge spanning the marina basin. These luxury apartments, with views reaching right across Mildura and the border into New South Wales, will be released after the Harbourfront and Harbourview Homes.
